Eight Weeks of Change Round 3 is now open for registrations! 

Together with Tina Buch Nutrition, we’ve created an eight week, members only program that will instruct and support you in making lasting, impactful changes to your health, fitness and overall wellbeing.

The program includes:

A one-on-one consultation with Tina Buch Nutrition followed by weekly nutrition information, support and challenges. This will give you the knowledge and tools to form better eating habits and choose foods that will fuel your body and help you reach your personal goals.


Two Wiki Workz fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the program, with intensive coaching from our team for the duration of the eight weeks. ​

The program is run via our private members-only Facebook group along with a number of in-house fitness sessions and seminars, and we provide daily support, motivation and information as well as the ability to connect and discuss with your peers.

Program dates are as follows:

  • Saturday 28th August, 9:30 - 10:30am or 10:45 - 11:45am: Pre fitness testing

  • Monday 30th August, 7:00pm: Program commencement and nutrition seminar

  • Monday 27th September, 7:00pm - Second nutrition seminar

  • Saturday 16th October, 9:30-10:30am or 10:45-11:45am: Post fitness testing

  • Tuesday 26th October, 7:00pm: End of Program Celebration
