LEVEL 2 UPDATE
With the announcement of a shift to level 2 on Thursday we are excited to announce that we will be opening the gym again from Monday 18 May. As part of the guidelines set out by the government to ensure everyone’s safety we will have in place a series of changes and new procedures that must be followed. These will include reduced class sizes, social distancing and range of other measures including full cleans of the gym and gear between each class.

When does the gym open again?
The gym will be open from Monday 18 May 2020.
What happens with my direct debit?
All direct debit contracts will be reactivated from Monday 18 May 2020 and your first payments will be made on the usual weekday as selected previously by yourselves. Existing memberships and debit contracts have been extended by an additional 6 weeks to cover the lockdown period freeze.

What if I can’t afford my membership due to Covid-19?
If you are unable to continue your membership due to covid-related financial reasons, please contact us by 15 May 2020. Our direct debits are handled by an external company and we need to inform them with enough time to freeze or cancel your membership.
What if I am currently paying koha?
Firstly, thank you for your incredible support. Your koha has helped our gym to survive this difficult time and we are extremely grateful. We will be reaching out to each of you individually, however in the meantime please ensure to cancel any automatic payments you have set up.
How do I book in for new classes?
Bookings for classes will be open from Thursday this week through Influx. No walk-ins allowed. Please note for the first few weeks, class sizes have been reduced to comply with rules from the Ministry of Health. To assist with this, we will be offering a number of solutions including new class times and access to our new digital training platform launching Monday 18 May 2020. Stay tuned for our new timetable coming out later this week.
What do I do when I arrive for my class?
Please wait in your car before each of your training sessions. Once all members from the previous session have left and the appropriate cleaning has taken place, one of our staff members will come out front and direct you to come inside. Please do not queue or congregate out the front or back of the gym.
Are there any other restrictions?
To ensure we keep all our members safe, we will be applying the following key changes to your gym experience:
A limit of 25 people in the building at any one time. This means that unfortunately you are not able to bring your children to classes while you train for at least the next two weeks.
Gaps between classes have been increased to allow time for additional cleaning of the facilities and gear between each class.
No use of the showers is permitted for at least the next two weeks.
Each member will be assigned gear, their own training spot, and a locker at the start of the class that will only be used by them.
Social distancing must always be adhered to within the building.
If you are sick or unwell do not come to class. If you display any symptoms you will be asked to go home immediately. Please make sure to cancel your class booking as soon as possible if you are unwell, so that others can attend in your place.
What happens if I cannot get into a class or do not want to go into a group environment?
We will continue to open up new classes to accommodate our members and abilities, however for the first few weeks it will be first in first served. When booking your classes please be mindful that booking a lot of classes for yourself may mean that others will miss out in these first couple of weeks. We are not prohibiting back-to-back bookings, but rather asking that you remain aware of the needs of other members.
For all existing members we will be continuing our online training through Facebook, Zoom and also via our website with our new Wiki Workz on Demand system. More details to follow on this.
Are you still taking new members?
Yes, we are still taking new members however at this stage this is only available through contacting us directly. We will re-evaluate this in the upcoming weeks but for now are focusing on providing the safest training environment to our members.
